A refreshing treat for hot days
Status: 27.06.25
When the days get hotter, refreshment is always welcome. We have put together a few simple, refreshing snacks for you to help you enjoy the summer.
Frozen grapes with lemon
Ingredients:
- 500 grammes
- 1 - 2 lemons or limes
- 100 grams of sugar
Preparation:
Wash the grapes, dry them and then remove the stalks. Place the grapes in a bowl. Now halve the lemons or limes and squeeze the juice over the grapes.
Be careful not to pour too much juice over the grapes so that the sugar does not dissolve immediately. Now add the sugar to the bowl and mix everything together so that it sticks to the grapes.
Place the grapes on a baking tray or plate and put them in the freezer for 3 - 4 hours. Then eat immediately to prevent them from defrosting or transfer them to a container and put them back in the freezer.

Nice Cream with chocolate
Ingredients:
- 3 frozen, sliced bananas
- 4 tbsp oat milk or another liquid
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 20 grams grated dark chocolate
Preparation:
Place the frozen banana slices in the blender together with the oat milk and cocoa powder and blend until creamy. Now mix in the chocolate shavings.
The nice cream is now ready! You can refine it with toppings of your choice or mix in other flavouring ingredients instead of chocolate. You can get creative here!
Smoothie ice cream
Ingredients:
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 1 banana
- 200 g berries of your choice
Preparation:
Place the banana in chunks in a bowl or blender and mix with the chilled coconut milk. Then add the berries. Puree the fruit mixture in a blender or with a hand blender.
Now simply pour the smoothie into ice moulds and put them in the freezer. Now all you need is a few hours of patience and you can enjoy your fruity ice cream!

Watermelon pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 watermelon
- Coconut or chocolate shavings
- Berries of your choice
- Natural yoghurt
Preparation:
Cut the watermelon into slices. These are your pizza bases. Spread some yoghurt on the slices so that the berries and shavings stay on the melon better. Now spread the berries over the melon. Of course, you can also use other fruit.
Sprinkle the shavings over the "pizza" and cut it into eight pieces. Our tip: For a special freshness kick, you can add some fresh mint.
