- Please submit only one loss report.
- Describe the lost item in as much detail as possible to make the search easier.
- Check the suggested matches carefully. If your item is already listed, please follow the steps indicated there.
- As soon as your item has been found, we will inform you immediately.
- Please note that a handling fee will be charged for the collection or dispatch of a recovered item.
Our service staff at the stops will be happy to help you. You can also submit your loss report directly at the DSW21 customer centres or at the bus stop.
Please bear in mind that lost items may not reach us until a few hours or one to two days after the loss - especially if the vehicle has to reach its final stop first.
If you have lost something in one of our vehicles or at a bus stop, you can easily report the loss via our digital lost property office.
It helps if you state the approximate value of the item - especially if it is estimated to be worth more than 15 euros. However, we will of course also accept items of personal value, such as a photo album or a book with a dedication.
