In order to constantly optimise our services, quality management is firmly anchored in the company at DSW21. We use various surveys and quality measurements to continuously determine your satisfaction. We have various methods at our disposal for this purpose.

Analysing the results and implementing measures

The results of the various surveys and measurements are analysed and evaluated on an ongoing basis. The aim is to recognise potential and derive targeted measures.

Each measure is regularly reviewed and adapted as necessary. Quality management is therefore a permanent task at DSW21.

Example - Advance notice in Dortmund city centre

Based on suggestions from the customer forum and other surveys, ten large advance announcements were installed in Dortmund city centre. Even from a distance, passengers can see which journeys are available and when the next train will arrive. DSW21 was thus able to further improve passenger information in the city centre.

Certification - Securitised quality

DSW21's quality management is certified in accordance with the DIN EN ISO 13816 service standard. This European standard serves as proof of the service quality of local public transport companies.
