DOtick - What is it anyway?
We have developed the "DOtick" ticket app to complement the DSW21 app. With just two taps, you can purchase all single, season and multi-journey tickets at all price levels.
The range also includes short-distance tickets, additional tickets and the HappyHourTicket. All digital tickets can now be purchased in advance and only validated later at the start of the journey with the tap of a finger.
The app's transfer function also makes it easy to purchase tickets for friends and family members.
And this is how it works
Simply download the DOtick app from the Google Play or AppStore. Then register with your e-mail address and a password before your first purchase and choose your ticket. Start travelling immediately thanks to the quick and easy payment process!

Make sure that you have purchased your ticket before you start your journey and make sure that your smartphone is working and charged. Please validate your ticket at the latest when you enter the light rail facilities.
