The way to a DeutschlandTicket job

The entire DeutschlandTicket Job process takes place exclusively via our DSW21 company portal. As a company, you can decide for yourself how much effort you would like to invest in the DeutschlandTicket Job. In order for you as an employer to be able to offer the DeutschlandTicket Job to your employees, you conclude a so-called framework agreement with us. The minimum purchase of one ticket applies to the conclusion of a framework agreement. The "Employer declaration" form, which you can obtain from DSW21 on request, serves as the contractual basis.

On request to DSW21 you will receive the document "Employer declaration". Please complete the data and return the signed document.

Framework contract

DSW21 stores your company data and assigns a framework agreement number. You will receive an e-mail with your access data for the company portal as confirmation that the contract has been processed correctly.

Access and use of the company portal

Once you have successfully registered, you can start managing the DeutschlandTicket Job for your employees in accordance with the agreed framework conditions. Please note our order deadlines for orders by the 20th of the month.

As soon as the number of employees in the company portal is greater than 50, you will see a new input field "Restrict list of employees via search" at the top of the "Employee overview".

This prevents a very long loading time, which has led to a timeout on the page in the past.

The number of employee entries displayed is limited to a maximum of 50. This does not mean that there are no employees at all. If employees cannot be found in the displayed list, please use the new search window.

As soon as the start date and the product have been selected, the area for the bank details is hidden.

The individual entries for the employees will appear as soon as DSW21 has processed the order. Due to the currently very high volume of orders, processing may take a few days - we ask for your understanding.

If you have concluded at least two framework agreements with DSW21, these can be managed via one access in the company portal.

For the successful activation of the customer account, users will receive an activation link by email to verify their email address. This link is valid for 30 days. If the customer account is not activated within the 30 days, the customer account is automatically deleted.

Tickets can be ordered until the 20th of a month for the next 1st. From the 21st of a month, tickets can be ordered for the month after next.

If employees wish to purchase a DeutschlandTicket Job through you as their employer, they must cancel their private season ticket. To do this, employees should contact abo@dsw21.de or the relevant transport company, quoting their customer number and stating "JobTicket participation".

After approval by your contact person at your company, you will find the barcode for the DeutschlandTicket Job at the end of the previous month under "My tickets".

A new barcode for the following month is automatically provided there every month. You therefore do not have to reorder every month.

If you have opted for the chip card when ordering via our online portal, you can only activate the HandyTicket from the day on which your subscription starts. It is not possible to activate the HandyTicket before the start of your season ticket.
