Unfortunately, we cannot answer questions about other companies - such as Deutsche Bahn (DB), DEW21 or other transport companies. In these cases, please contact the respective company directly. Sales outlets are mainly retail outlets (kiosks, department stores, travel agencies, lottery retailers) where you can purchase the usual ticket types.
Tickets can also be purchased in the DSW21 Customer Centres, at ticket machines, from bus drivers, in the HandyTicketshop and in the Ticketshop. Short-term and interim changes to the points of sale are possible.

You can reach our head office by local transport by taking the U47 underground line from Dortmund main station (direction Aplerbeck) to the Kohlgartenstraße stop. From there it is about an 8-minute walk northwards over the pedestrian bridge.

Advertising on buses and trains
You can turn an entire bus or light rail vehicle into your rolling message! Have your poster displayed large on a side surface or advertise with smaller posters even in vehicles or at stops.

Photo and filming permits
Many light rail stops are a popular photo and film motif. We are pleased about that. Please note, however, that written permission from DSW21 is required for certain film and photo shoots in the light rail facilities.
