Status: 15.04.25
Easter is just around the corner and you're still missing the right decorations? No problem! We've put together a few quick and easy craft ideas. These colourful ideas will bring colour and joy to the Easter weekend. We hope you have fun making them!
Easter eggs made from coloured cardboard
You need:
- Paper or cardboard in different colours
- A pair of craft scissors
- A glue stick
First cut out the egg shape in the desired size from the cardboard. Then take cardboard in other colours and cut out different shapes. For example, you can cut out circles, hearts or waves. These will become the colourful patterns on the eggs.
Coat one side of the shapes with the glue stick. Now stick them to the desired place on your cardboard eggs. You can also thread the finished eggs onto a string and hang them up as a garland.

Bunny mug
You need:
- Wiggly eyes
- A glue stick
- A pair of craft scissors
- Cardboard cup
- Felt-tip pens
Draw two large, narrow ovals on the cardboard and cut them out. Do the same again, but this time smaller and in a different colour. Stick the small ovals onto the large ones. These are the bunny ears.
Now cut out a small circle and a few whiskers. Glue the ears to the top edge of the cup from the inside. Glue the wiggly eyes to the front. Underneath, glue the whiskers with the nose.
Now you can draw the bunny's mouth with felt-tip pens.
Easter bunnies made from cardboard rolls
You need:
- Cardboard or strong paper in different colours
- Wiggly eyes
- Craft scissors
- A glue stick
Take a piece of cardboard or firm paper and cut out a rectangle. This should be at least 20 cm long. Roll the rectangle into a roll and glue the edges together. This is the base for your bunny.
Cut out two ears, a nose, whiskers and two feet from the remaining cardboard. Glue the ears to the inside of the roll. Glue the wiggly eyes, the whiskers and the nose to the outside of the cardboard roll as a face.
Finally, glue the roll onto the feet so that the bunny stays standing.
