41 young men and women have started their training

A total of 41 young men and women started their joint training with DSW21 and DEW21 on 18 August. From now on, they will be prepared for their careers in a wide variety of professions: Industrial clerks, digitalisation management clerks, IT systems electronics technicians, electronics technicians for industrial engineering, automotive mechatronics technicians, mechatronics technicians, plant mechanics in supply engineering and industrial mechanics. The range is just as broad as the future prospects are good upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
Throughout the entire training period, the programme includes educational trips, workshops, seminars, exam training, a factory school, a junior company and much more in addition to a wide range of specialist areas. Participation in the educational programme "From Dortmund to Auschwitz" is also possible on a voluntary basis. DSW21 and DEW21, which are training together, offer a wide range of benefits and very good chances of being taken on. All information can be found on the newly designed website www.startchancen21.de.
Applications for 2026 are already possible at www.startchancen21.de
