Your location in Witten is closing - but there's no need to panic: DSW21 is offering continued employment to up to 25 BOGESTRA employees who are affected by the closure.

How to get from Witten to Dortmund

We don't do a recruitment test - because you've proven that you've got what it takes at BOGESTRA!

  1. You send us your application with CV and driving licence
  2. We get to know each other in an interview
  3. Ideally, we will offer you a job with us and you will choose DSW21 as your new employer
  4. Before we can make it official, you will be checked by our company doctor
  5. The time has come: you sign your permanent employment contract with DSW21
  6. In our tailoring department, you will be completely refitted with new work clothes
  7. On your first day at DSW21, the five-week line familiarisation and tariff training will start
  8. After the training, you will be regularly on the line and thus have arrived in Dortmund and at DSW21

Retention of pay grade and level
You retain your previous pay grade and level and even take over the retention period in your level.

Continuous services
There are no split shifts at DSW21, so working hours are completed in one go without long interruptions.

Time off on public holidays
At DSW21, you have time off on 24 December and 31 December. If you are scheduled to work on these days, time off in lieu will be compensated within 3 months according to the rota.

  • 39-hour week or various part-time models
  • 30 days standard holiday (for a 5-day week, pro rata for part-time work)
